Action Plan Calls

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and not sure where to start? Whether it’s ADHD paralysis holding you back or just too much on your plate, we understand how hard it can be to prioritise and stay organised. But don’t worry, there IS a way forward!

How it Works:

A quick, actionable plan: This is a 15-minute or 30-minute 1:1 session where we’ll help you overcome overwhelming task paralysis or procrastination.

  1. Bring up to 10 tasks: Come prepared with an idea of up to 10 tasks you're struggling to complete, and we’ll help you figure out where to start and how to prioritise them.

  2. No list? No problem!: If you don't have time to prepare a list, that’s totally fine—just be mindful that we only have 15-30 minutes to make your action plan.

  3. Personalised support: You’ll connect with a VA who understands ADHD challenges and can offer real, practical strategies to get you moving forward.
